As with suggestions bot, implement those functions into the discord bot.

DM => Creates a text channel with only staff allowed => Staff can message the user and user can answer => Staff or user can close it => Staff can delete / archive the chat.

One important feature is that I'd like to have a permanent archive of all modmail conversations. the bot we're using at the moment deletes the channel after the chat is closed, so we can't see any old messages

Yes its what i imagined is that it archives it into a viewable html.
