Bump Leaderboard

Have a Bump Leaderboard.

My Ideas:

It should display the first 10 + your position with /leaderboard
At the end of every Month it posts the top 3 to a channel ( maybe #general ? configurable ofc )
No reward for now.

@Pdzly my only issue is that the disboard terms of service as-written state that: "You may not reward or force users to do actions in DISBOARD". I think a role or xp reward would probably break this rule, so the only thing we're really allowed to do is a leaderboard and maybe a message announcing who won the leaderboard for each month.

@bristermitten i guess, yeah just announcing the results are still good enough. And rewarding with fictional unusuable XP is probably not against their TOS.
