Is it possible to have other resolutions on Windows? (16:10 resolutions)

With the arrival of Xbox Fullscreen Experience, this application is more practical to use with a portable device (Legion Go S), but there are only 16:9 resolutions, and my device is 16:10, so I have bands at the top and bottom.

Is it possible to have other resolutions on Windows? For example, automatic detection of the device's resolution (1920x1200 in my case) and possibly 1.5x for supersampling.

I don't know how Elix feels about this but personally I would refer Windows users to moonlight-qt and suggest that the UWP app is strictly for Xbox consoles. There are too many things hardcoded and assumptions made around things like 16:9, the number of displays you might have (one), and so on.
