Create a script to extract core AEs for merging with Plutonium

Any AE that can be used without DAE/Midi QoL should be merged into Plutonium proper. A script should be written to run at build, after the schema check, which looks through the data files and finds any Foundry core AEs. It then rips them out and puts them in a separate file, which Giddy can then merge with Plutonium data.

Tentative list of core AE strings here? If no module fiddles with @traits or @attributes then this would be easy!

I can certainly dump out the current list that Plutonium knows about in dnd5e, and anything beyond that doesn't get merged over
Has the added benefit of possibly highlighting holes in what Plutonium thinks are dnd5e native properties
