Maybe this issue is related to the following ones: #389 #329 #316

This happens because PowerShell has an encoding issue when the folder name or filename contains special characters.
This PR aims to solve this by avoiding the use of PowerShell on Windows: #390

Unfortunately, it hasn't been accepted yet, but if you want to test it, I have released a version that includes this fix along with other features:

Some people have already tested it with albums containing emojis, and it worked fine.
