.dng (RAW) images are not handled and are skipped during migration

First of all, thank you again for this great tool, it is extremely helpful for migrating Google Photos libraries 👍

I noticed that .dng image files (RAW format) are currently skipped by GooglePhotosTakeoutHelper and are not processed during the migration.

This is particularly concerning for users who are migrating their data in order to cancel their Google One subscription (used to increase storage capacity) after moving their photos to a NAS.
In this situation, skipped .dng files can result in unintentional data loss, as users may assume that all their photos have been successfully migrated.

It would be great if .dng files could be supported.

This would significantly improve the safety and reliability of the migration process.

I came to the issues because i had this problem and ending up hacking together a really ugly mix of vibe code and 3am hack that lets you check the leftover files, match them up and fix the dates. It runs on macos, so YMMV

i was also having problems with live photos, and plenty of others where metadata files were not where it expected.
