Installing TubiTV channel breaks the loading of the plugins page / catalog on RC3 #1
Description
I installed Jellyfin 10.7.0 RC3 today (Win10, x64 installer). I did everything from scratch on this install with all data wiped beforehand, so all plugins were installed fresh. I added the repo, and installed TubiTV. The plugin itself works fine (even seems a bit faster on RC3) but after it's installed, it causes both the installed plugins page and catalog to not load. I've attached what I believe to be the relevant section of the log when I navigate to the plugins page and it attempts to load plugin info.
It worked fine with 10.6 so it just seems to be a 10.7.0 incompatibility as you haven't made any changes that I can see to the plugin itself.
I removed and re-installed the plugin a few times to test. Removing the plugin fixes the plugin page not laoding, and reinstalling it re-introduces the behavior.
