The section 'Opening links in a new tab' has a few issues:

• The explanation of the examples has formatting issues and if kept, should be formatted by using backticks for the attribute-value pairs and possibly a list format.

• The same information about the security risks is repeated 2 and arguably even 3 times counting the last couple of paragraphs. This information can be put more concisely.
• This is more of a personal opinion, but I don't think the examples add much for understanding the attribute, so I would possibly just remove them.

I am willing to work on this issue, but if anyone else is looking for an easy first issue, that's also fine by me.

I'll assign you to propose a solution. The examples can stay since some people really do prefer to see what's being explained. Regarding the security warnings: we'll see how you'd suggest rewriting it in the PR and then we can comment on that. I don't think it's the same information being repeated in our lesson but it could probably be worded better especially considering the outside links in fact do repeat the information. The formatting could definitely be better as well since currently it's inconsistent and backticks are sometimes used and sometimes not.
