In the assignments section, the first link "If you are changing careers, read about How to Explain Your Career Transition by Dorie Clark." now requires an HBR subscription.

It can be updated with a link such as this one from web archive:

I think the current article is actually a good one. Perhaps a bit old but I don't feel it outdated. My suggestion would be to update the current link with the one I suggested from web.archive.com which is working as expected.
