LED brightness change

Even if I use the procedure to change the brightness 0.1 - 0.9, all LEDs are still fully lit ... what about that?

You can try brightness = 0.04 which is the lowest value I've found before all the LEDs turn off. It should be much dimmer.

Unfortunately, even 0.04 yes 0.01 does not reduce the brightness.
