Track "personal campaigns"

A personal campaign is when we ask an individual to help "friend raise" for the campaign, and it would be best to track this personal information in its own column vs. having it mixed in with the campaign column.

• Add PID or similar column (perhaps with a friendlier name) to capture this
• Add a widget to the share/success page that enables supporters to create their personal link
