Bug description
Parameter automation does not work when using the CLAP version of Odin 2 with Bitwig. When an automation curve is drawn and the song is played back the "Restore Automation Control" button becomes green immediately. This means that the plugin likely sends events to the host which look like as if the user has made some changes interactively when it processes automation events.
This does not happen with the VST3 version of Odin 2, i.e. with the VST3 version automation works as intended.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start Bitwig.
- Add a CLAP instance of Odin 2 to an instrument track.
- Draw some notes.
- Set the frequency of the low pass to some low value.
- Draw some automation which opens up the filter.
- Play the "song".
The automation is not applied. Instead the "Restore Automation Control" button immediately turns green. Clicking it will make Odin 2 pick up the current automation value at the time of clicking. However, the button will immediately become green again and no further automation is applied.
Expected behavior
Automation is applied as intended, e.g. the filter changes according to the automation.
