All Minecraft server query possible broken.

In rust-gamedig, commit a56ca45 fixed an issue where a Java server might not respond to a query if the hostname isn't specified in the handshake packet.

This has been resolved by adding an additional parameter, named RequestSettings which contains said hostname, although the all-minecraft versions query that this project uses does not support setting this said additional parameter.

This issue is an tracking issue for this problem here.

rust-GameDig 0.4.0 just released, said feature is included in this release, rework for this can be done now.

Probably a wontfix bc it still work atm with extra DNS query inside, and the proxy prob not fail the connection that way if we just don't touch the configuration :))
