Add Thunderbird support #89
Description
It would be great if you could add support for Thunderbird. Then one could write emails in Markdown and they get rendered when viewing them.
I don't like Markdown Here because it sends the email as HTML and needs a rich text editor which I don't use because I only write text emails.
