Split keystatic as standalone package

I am using Next.js's Multi-Zone Mode. Multiple Next.js apps require access to the same static data from keystatic. I want to make keystatic as a standalone package so that all these Next.js apps can retrieve data from it.
I try to use the pnpm workspace, but it not works well.

 - next-app-1
 - next-app-2
 - keystatic
   - content
   - keystatic.config.ts

Any advices？
