How can I add inline comments?

I use Astro + Keystatic + MDX on my site, but before that I just manually edited within my IDE and looked at live refreshes on another screen. This workflow enabled me to add custom components or lines/paragraphs that I could just comment out and put back whenever I wanted to

Now however I can't seem to find documentation anywhere regarding how to add inline comments that does the same thing

I get this error for example

Error: Field validation failed: content: Unexpected error: Error: Unhandled type mdxFlowExpression: {/* Test Comment */} 

For a content written like this

Sample written content

below is the line with error

{/* Test Comment */} <<<< this line causes an error
