Feature request: Support for nx workspaces

NX (https://nx.dev/getting-started/intro) has their own method for calculating/declaring project dependencies.

This functionality is missing in Changesets, which has a related ticket referenced above. I would be happy to contribute a PR to add support for this use case with tests if one of the maintainers would give this a thumbs up to move forward.
