Using the official Steam version of the game with Nightlight Game Launcher (the bypass for the awful Rockstar Games Launcher) makes the loading last more than one minute, unless the game is downgraded to version 1.0.8.0, in which the loading lasts about 6 seconds.
What should happen
The game should load in less than 10 seconds like when downgraded to v1.0.8.0
