TBOGT Game always crashes after mission "frosting on the cake", game also not saving correctly

Good day,

I'm having an issue with GTA 4 TBOGT.
First of all, I noticed more often than I'd like that the game is not saving when it shows it is saving. I thought I go insane or something, but there has been many times where it shows auto saving in the top left corner, then after like 30mins the game crashes and in fact it didn't save and I have to re-do missions I already completed.
Currently I'm stuck in the loop of doing the mission "BLOG THIS!", after I completed it I do "Boulevard Baby", and after that one I do "Frosting on the cake".
When the mission is over, I notice there is not even an auto save message, so I drive to the safe house just to get called by Tony and put in another mission immediately, then the game crashes and poof game progress gone once again.
It's been the 4th time its happening and im losing my mind.

What should happen

It shouldn't crash and it should save properly.

So I played through the game and had to save multiple times to make sure I dont loose my progress because of random crashes, I dont know whats causing them, but right now I'm doing club management missions and trying to get a firetruck to scare off pabs in front of the club for Poppy mitchelll and its the 2nd time it crashes when I try to get to the firetrucks:

I tried different versions of DXVK and nothing makes a difference, only thing differs is the performance because DXVK 2.7.1 runs like trash on my system, 2.6.2 runs better but still bad, and 2.3.1. runs even better.
Maybe its because my system doesnt have any REBAR capabilities, but it didnt make any difference like 2 years ago when I first started to play with Vulkan and all that fancy stuff, I had enough headroom to even enable DLDSR and play the game in 5760x2400 while holding 60 FPS and above, now the game has FPS drops down to lower 40s even when playing in 3840x1600.
Interestingly, I can up the resolution in cases like these to 5760x2400 and get the same performance, but its the GPU usage thats sitting at 100% both times, in 1600p and 2400p, same performance, which makes no sense to me at all.
Is the Rebar thing THAT important at this point?
Though the game obviously received some graphical upgrades like volumetric fog which costs a lot fps compared to the original radial blur, so its expected it doesnt run as well as it did before, but I'm running in so many issues I can't pinpoint

i7 5960x @ 4.4 GHz
32 GB DDR4 RAM Quad Channel

CPU is old AF and I was about to upgrade, then the AI memory crisis hit and now im stuck on that pile of shit for a while.
But like I said, it ran fine in mid 2024.

Try a clean game with fusion fix only. You have the same crash dumps, however it's not clear what could cause such crash.

One crash dump is this:

I don't know, maybe that save is corrupted. The game tries to read an entity reference in one place and crashes because it's null. It's always in the same place though.
