I'm having the same issue. The fusion Mod doesn't seem to disable the system validation check either. I'm starting to suspect the mod isn't working at all on the steam deck. |

I have a fix (credit to cloister56 and ThirteenAG). Go to: "/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction/src/system/" Then rename: "version.dll" to "d3d9.dll" That's it. It should work. |

Didn't make any difference to me. I've just been deleting the system detection file to get around that problem. But all of my DLC is still missing and my control scheme is still messed up. Definitely seems the Fusion mod doesn't work on the Steam Deck. |

Got it sorted out after reinstalling, re-applying the fusion mod, deleting systemdetection.dll, and renaming version.dll to d3d9.dll. now fusion mod is working just fine. Thanks, codekonga. I also applied a crack from gamecopyworld so I can play offline but that's not necessary to get the mod working. Anyways, thanks everyone for the assistance and hard work on this mod. So happy I can play the game again! |

Is there a way to get the DLC for Conviction to unlock on the Steam Deck using the Fusion mod? I've set it up the same as on the PC where it is working.
Edit: also doesn't fix the messed up control scheme on the steam deck, or the lack of offline play. Very strange. Kinda just seems like the mod isnt working on Steam OS?
