Move -N fromother_ssh_options to hardcoded command #35

I've moved the README part for this to https://github.com/ThomDietrich/home-assistant-addons/blob/master/autossh/DOCS.md#remote-server-security
One thought I couldn't quite make my mind up about: I do not remember why I made the -N flag optional in the early development of this add-on. Nowadays I see no reason to NOT set it and with the additional of your security restrictions this became a conditional prerequisite.
Do you agree that we can move -N to the hardcoded part of the autossh command?
