Unfortunately it does not compile for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 with the error
"error C2661 : no overloaded function takes ... arguments"

Can you please post the full error message including file and line number?

I think the problem is that you have the wrong C++ standard enabled. Did you enable stdc++11?

@kenkit how should we proceed? do you think it makes sense to add cl build system? I have no experience with it. Do you want to implement it and create a pull request?
