Sensors Scan for Weaknesses #705
Description
Add the ability for Sensors to scan for weaknesses on a ship. It should probably pick a system at random, since it isn't possible for Sensors to request a scan of a specific system (yet?). It should return the damage type which the system is weak to.
This also depends on ships (specifically ship systems) having weaknesses in the first place (#704)
