Hacking Preset reset

Describe the bug

When using hacking presets, if a crew deletes the files, those files get removed from the global preset, and have to be manually re-added at the end of every flight

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up a preset
2. Create a flight
3. Select that preset on the hacking core.
4. Use the client to delete some of the files
5. See that the files are now gone forever

Expected behavior

Files are not supposed to be gone forever
