Visualise list of reported services

Acceptance criteria:

• The admin should have a menu item with the text "Denuncia" to access the list of services that have been reported.
• When clicking the menu item, the admin goes to a the list of reported services.
• The list should include the services that have at least one report.
• The list should include the name of the service and the number of existing reports.
