[Feature] Better multi-monitor support

Feature Description

I know that we do have multi-monitor support already but it's not immediately intuitive for noobs to set up

This is my current setup for my 2-monitor setup - but, ideally, the UI would provide a more friendly toggle

Use-Case

If you have a multi-monitor setup, this would greatly improve the end user experience (without the need to trawl forums)

Proposed Implementation

My thought was that you could have some code which detects the monitors that are connected, have a checkbox against each monitor for whether you wish to enable it, with the first monitor being checked by default.
