[Bug] podman support not pickable during installation

ElementaryOS
Pantheon
FreeRDP version 3.5.1
podman version 4.9.3

Steps to Reproduce / Context

start winboat from system menu
click next
agree to eula

Logs

.~/winboat folder and logs have not yet been created

Expected Behavior

Per the faq and release notes "Podman is now supported, you can pick it during installation,"

Current Behavior

I see the following on the screen, telling me I nee to install docker. there is no selection to use podman which is already installed
