Create Shortcut doesn't allow for automated launch

Running on windows 10, using mcrcon 0.7.2 for windows x64

Steps to replicate:
1. Use Create Shortcut
2. Fill in the required information
3. Click on newly created shortcut to launch
Results:
CMD Flickers then disappears (doesn't seem like it attempts to launch the software)
Expected Results:
Shortcut launches the software using the pre-configured information
