In tiledesk-voice-twilio-connector version 0.3.2 there is a bug in /src/routes/manageApp.js in the subscribe function the RELATIVE_URL is not passed as a parameter causing the error: Auto-subscribe failed: RELATIVE_URL is not defined.
As tiledesk-voice-twilio-connector does not have github repo im opening the bug here, hoping that when its fixed the version of tiledesk-voice-twilio-connector dep will be updated here as well.
