great job, TTT2 is getting so much better and running almost smoothly for me so far! Thank you!
All columns in sheet Metadata Table, except Sample column are being removed during table processing, while an empty Placeholder column appears. At least that's what happened to me in my first processing step (NCsub).
I also noticed that ID column is now Hash, and Kingdom column is required for some steps, without any tutorial. Or is there a tutorial? Screenshot in another issue after 6th March (that's the date of last release, right?) shows TTTutorial section, but my screen not, e.g.:
I have a fresh today's installation of Miniconda and TTT2 on Windows 11. I tried taxontabletools2 --version, but can't find my version number.
