Beta Div: Jaccard option doesnt convert to p/a

I'm getting identical Beta Div outputs from Jaccard vs Bray metrics. Md5sums differ, but the values inside the xlsx table are identical. There's no option in TTT2 to convert the Taxon Table to pres/abs, so I had to convert it manually in order to find that Jaccard option doesn't do the conversion.

And I can't wait to test the Time Series, API Modules, and Ecol. Stat. Classes, when they come :) Also looking forward to the return of ordinations and other functions back to TTT (at least I hope it's planned :) they were pretty handy)
