Feature request: Save interactive html plots of Basic stats

The plots in section Basic stats are pre-plotted in the Streamlit GUI, and I can't see any clear option to export them.

And it would be nice to enable Alpha-Diversity-style plots of these Basic stats. I mean, Specifically, I'd like to make a violin plot of read distribution per Metadata categories (such a plot would be useful for many users I guess)
