PowerDNS, DynDNS(2) or RFC2136?

GoDNS supports many individual dynamic dns service providers, like Cloudflare etc.

My question is: Does GoDNS also support specific DNS servers, like PowerDNS, or generic protocols like DynDNS(2) or rfc2136?

If not, I would like to suggest adding this as a feature as it would allow GoDNS to operate with many more dynamic DNS service providers with one single effort.
