[New provider] deSEC

Hi,

Would it be possible to integrate deSEC as a new provider please?
I don't have any experience (yet) with Go, so i can't make a PR to integrate it, but i can help test if a PR is made to integrate it.

Your project seems awesome so i would be very excited to see deSEC integrated ^^

It uses the common dyndns2 protocol so it should be pretty much a carbon copy of this PR

Oh alright i'll do it / test it when i have sometime then, and if it works i'll do a PR
