Failed When Config Add Location in Advanced Mode

I add new location in advance mode, in UI and Network I check success. However when edit again the location do not have any new which I had updated before 1 minutes left. And when config support location for grpc port it must create each location such as /api, /user v.v? Does it not create or create like NPM (image)
