workshop guide improvements from the US workshops

• make stronger call out to wokwi save button - it’s modal. when it needs a save press it and rerun action
• tell people about the community / discord, how to get resources later
• add a resources page to the website
• add stuff to the guide page: feedback form, what next resources
• better congrats message - or know when you’re done and move to the advanced task
