Should chips page also link to the app shuttle page

Seems like it would be good for the page @ https://tinytapeout.com/chips/ to have some type of link to the page @ https://app.tinytapeout.com/shuttles/

BTW Is the chips page manually created or generated automatically from the chips page above (or some other common data source)?

The chips page does link to the app for the currently open shuttles. Otherwise, the information about the already-closed shuttles is already found in the main website. But if anything is missing from the main website, we should probably add it there.

The chips page is currently manually created, but at some point it'd make sense to pull the data from https://github.com/TinyTapeout/tinytapeout-index
