Attempting to exit community lots using a homeless Sim causes a softlock

If there are no Sims in the active household (by setting them as Household NPC or deleting them), and you attempt to make a homeless Sim that was made controllable exit a community lot, the game will not have a lot to return to and will get stuck in an infinite loading screen.
