[Sticky] Feature Request: Running the sticky command in one channel and post it to other channels.

Hi! apologies for being demanding. Please add a feature to this sticky that.. when i want to create a sticky in a channel. I'll command it on other channel?

Like, when i run the command to #botcommandsonly channel, and it will be posted to #a_channel_where_i_want_to_post_it.

Example... [p]sticky (09021... _channel ID where i want to post it_) Hey, this is general channel's sticky message.

Hope you understand, i am really not good at expressing huhu.
