[GHO] Upgrade GSMs Ethereum (BGD + Aave Labs) #34
Description
Task
Following the deployment of the remoteGSM, upgrade the Ethereum GSMs such that GSMs distribute pre-minted GHO to users who provide USDC and USDT to reduce the gas costs and also to standardise the architecture philosophy across all networks.
The USDC and USDT GSM will use a hook to pull GHO from the Gho Reserve on Ethereum and distribute it upon receiving USDC and USDT. Gho will be pre-minted and supplied to the Gho Reserve by a single facilitator on Ethereum.
