Feature: apps gallery submission flow so third parties can list their integration

The apps gallery is hardcoded demo protocols. Let real integrators submit their app to be listed.

Scope

• A submission form capturing app name, description, required claims, and verify URL, with a review/approval step.
• Store submissions (indexer or a small backend); render approved ones in the gallery.
• Validate the verify URL and claims against known types.

Value

Grows the ecosystem and showcases real integrations.

Acceptance

• Third parties can submit an app; approved entries appear in the gallery; inputs are validated.
