v3: shell completion and man page creation support disappeared

I'm updating the pkgsrc package to version 3 of dasel.

Previously, the package used dasel man to create man pages, but that argument is not supported any longer (which would re-open #201 ).

While looking for man pages, I read the README.md, which still includes the Completion section which mentions dasel completion zsh, which doesn't work either.

I guess this happened due to:

- Migrated from Cobra to Kong for CLI parsing/processing.
