Current repository state doesn't function

I ran into a few issues with the repository as it exists now. There were some missing packages and some unnecessary code that needed to be deleted. I fixed this [on my fork](https://github.com/michaelmior/yjs-crdt-game). I can put together some PRs if you're interested.
