Optimize LogType class

[Toparvion]

This is an internal optimization aimed at enhancing further development and unifying user experience.

TODO:

• disassociate log types from their aliases (i.e. to make k8s not an element of LogType enumeration)
• support file:// as an alias for LOCAL_FILE log type
