DOL - De-Freeze app on activity launch request not working after reboot - randomly #1405

(Sorry, I am not Chinese.)
I'm on Huawei XT Mate - Thanos not rooted running with Shizuku.
After a reboot the DOL - De-freeze app on activity launch request - doesn't work. Shizuku is functional - Thanox has Shizuku permission.
To Reproduce（如何复现）
Reboot the phone.
Sometimes, a reboot will fix it and it works. Now I rebooted three times and doesn't - not sure why.
Expected behavior（期望结果）
When activity launch request is issued the app should be de-frozen.
