[功能请求]记录滚动位置并自动恢复

现在在情景模式等一些设置页面中，随便进入一个规则，对其做一些修改后，保存后退出编辑状态。
此时会直接回到页面顶部，实在烦人，模式一多，来会找都麻烦。
希望支持记录上次进入时的位置，退出编辑模式后，就保留在原地。

支持设置页面滚动位置自动恢复，也就是重新进入设置页面会恢复到上次离开的滚动位置，可以点击顶栏来快速回到顶部。
