[功能请求]情景模式中请求添加wifi的的连接事件（是否连接上WIFI）和蓝牙连接事件（蓝牙是否连接设备）

现在这两个硬件只有开启和关闭事件，没有连接事件，使用起来不方便。

例如需要WIFI已连接的情况下自动断开移动流量，现在只能做到打开WIFI开关未流量开关就关闭了。
例如需要如果蓝牙没有连接设备30S自动关闭蓝牙开关，这情景模式也是无法实现的。

能增加如isWIFIConnected事件和isBTConnected事件就完美了。
