Can't select item using mouse if :select-on-blur="false"

Steps to reproduce

Add prop :select-on-blur="false" and after that you can't select options with your mouse

What is expected?

I would still expect to use select list with my mouse even if I don't want to select the focused item on blur

What is actually happening?

I can't select any item using the mouse. I can select item using keyboard navigation

I'm facing the same issue.

As far as I understand the issue is, that the @blur handler of the search input (Select.vue#470, which causes the menu to close) is triggered when the click on the option starts. This causes the Menu to be removed and the click has nothing to operate on anymore.
