Allow the "start_auto_splitter" image to be a dummy image #283

I've been trying to find a way to have AutoSplit start on its own using a dummy image, but I can't.
Here's an example:

1 - I use an image called "000a_FileSelect_start_auto_splitter_(0.95)[1]{d}", AutoSplit recognizes it and the threshold is met. LiveSplit doesn't start the timer yet because it sees the image as a dummy (as it should), and AutoSplit starts looking for the second image called "000b_FileSelect_(0.95)_[10]".
2 - AutoSplit recognizes the second image and the threshold is met. AutoSplit starts looking for the next images as it should, but LiveSplit's timer hasn't started, unlike what I'd expect. None of the rest of the images trigger LiveSplit past that point.

Since AutoSplit cannot split before LiveSplit has started its timer, and only the "start_auto_splitter" image can start the timer, it currently doesn't seem possible to use a dummy as a starter image.
I assume this could work if I used global hotkeys since the "start" and "split" LiveSplit hotkeys are shared, however I am using the AutoSplit Integration component.

Some games require a dummy image prior to the start image in order to automatically start the timer, and I'd really like for this setup to be possible:
