Force claiming plots using towny admin

hey trying to figure out how to use towny admin to force claim a plot for a town in my server? we have a setting that wont let plots be claimed within a certain dikstance of eachother but have decided to make our spawn an exception to this rule and want to use towny admin to claim 1 plot each for our towns there even though they would be touching, what is the comand to do this? ive seen it down on other servers before

that doesn't pop up as an option for it, ran it anyways just incase and it just brings up the towny admin comand menu
